What are my points worth?
You opened your card's app, saw a balance, and want to know what it actually buys. Pick the program, enter the balance, and we'll give you a realistic dollar range and a couple of things people typically redeem that balance for.
Hotel programs (Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, IHG) and United MileagePlus don't publish a cents-per-point valuation, so every tier for those programs is an estimate. We label the floor as either "Documented" or "Estimated" so you can see which is which.
Why a range?
Points are not dollars. A points balance has a value that depends entirely on what you redeem for. The same 60,000 Chase points are worth about $600 in the travel portal, roughly $1,000 transferred to Hyatt for a mid-tier hotel night, or $1,500 or more if you transfer to an airline partner and book a business-class seat. The range below brackets the realistic outcomes.
