Ink Business Premier Credit Card

The Ink Business Premier is Chase's pay-in-full Ink, with a 2% baseline on everything, 2.5% on individual purchases of $5,000 or more, and 5% on Chase Travel. It does not behave as a pure charge card, because the Flex for Business sidecar lets you carry a balance on a portion of your line with interest. At $195 a year, with a metal-embedded card, it is built for businesses that put real volume on a card and occasionally need to float a large purchase.
