Venmo Visa Signature Credit Card
The Venmo Visa Signature Credit Card sets its bonus categories from your own spending: each statement period the category where you spent the most earns 3% cash back, the second earns 2%, and everything else earns 1%, uncapped, with no annual fee and no foreign transaction fee. The catch is that everything routes through Venmo, since rewards transfer automatically to a linked Venmo balance and the Venmo account must stay open, linked, and in good standing or unredeemed rewards are forfeited. There is no welcome offer and no purchase or travel insurance on any issuer surface, so the case for the card is the self-adjusting 3% plus Visa Signature extras like the Luxury Hotel Collection and concierge access.
